How do I pay?

Our standard invoice asks for payment within 30 days. This should be by company cheque, bank transfer (bank details on invoice) or via PayPal. Disputes must be raised within 15 days.

When payment is received in full for the project you will be licensed to use the photographs for the purpose you have specified.

What if my packaging arrives in bad shape?

You should package your products carefully.

Of course we'll let you know straight away if there's been any damage in transit.

If everything's fine but we can't use your packaging for the return delivery, don't worry - we'll repackage it for you. You will be charged extra for this service, so it's best to avoid the necessity if you can!

What happens if my products go missing / get
damaged?

You should make sure your products are fully insured against all risks during the whole time they're away from you. This should include delivery to/from our studio as well as the time your products are with us.
